I am not sure that I will ever get over my astonishment of the ability of this sector to generate employment. We had another 32,100 jobs added in November. And, as has been the case for the past several months, both ambulatory care (+19,200) and hospitals (+12,700) had large gains.
Year-to-date, employment in this sector is up by 296,300 persons. That is 13.3% of all the jobs created in the private sector.
